Foot surgery

I had foot surgery 7 weeks ago and am still in a lot of pain . the big toe was re aligned and has two srews inserted and the four small toes which were hammered have had the bones fused. I am on one crutch now but the pain when putting the foot down is unbearable and the toes are non moving at present due to lots of swelling still at the forefront of the foot.

can any one offer any help
